F1 24-PC (ERS BUG) - ERS Not Deploying after update V1.11

Encountering this same bug on my end as well. ERS is effectively disabled from use for me. Playing on console(Xbox One X). Uninstalled and reinstalled my game and bug is still observed in all modes(online play and career).

Quite frustrating as I’m no longer competitive.

Would welcome any creative hack from the EA team for short term solution while this hopefully gets permanently patched.

@EA_GroguetNo problem.. Now that you have all this info we need a quick resolution or a temporary solution to the problem. I am very frustrated because I want to play the game but its pointless without ERS.

To top that off, EASport closed my case as NO FIX... this is a bug and needs to be addressed ASAP. I need to someone to contact me directly about my cases. 

I am not sure why EA support team is not very well organized. NO one contacted me about this ticket even when i asked for escalation. If I didn't use the forums here this issue would have NO traction.. This is not fair to the EA community.

I am requesting to speak with the escalation manager since yall won't let me open any more support tickets.

You got it working by any chance? Got hit with this bug since yesterday on console. Pointless playing this game now, even the events are undoable by this.

Edit: solved it. It looks like after the latest patch (but I'm not sure), the input from my thrustmaster t-lcm pedals didn't work fully anymore. Hooked it up to my laptop and checked the input and they were at 70% max. By holding the downshifter and the mode button for two seconds, the base switched back to t-lcm mode and that fixed the problem. ERS back in full effect. 

Nah bro the issue is still there. some times the ers works so idk what the issue is. EA support has been terrible with providing feedback and support for this issue. I opened 2 tickets but there is literally no traction on those tickets. I can't wait for 2025 honestly or going to go play 2023 this is such BS. I am gunna get my money back thru my cc.

Is there any update on this? I have encountered the same issue. I purchased this game via Steam-PC and using PS4 Controller, ERS doesn't come down from 100%.

Maybe its an issue while calibrating with controller as ERS works if the game is played via Keyboard but that's no fun!

It's pointless playing this game with AI/friends and this is a major bug affecting the gameplay. 

Have tried all steps, reinstalling the game, making sure the integrity of files and applying the brake deadzone up until 100.

Let us know if there is a fix of this issue being applied or there is no point in playing this game.

I have the same issue. It’s super annoying. I’m playing on PS4 with a controller. Nothing I’ve read here or on different threads helped. The issue is not event consistent, on some tracks its happening on some not. Sometimes a restart helps, sometimes not. I tried different set ups each time, different settings but nothing helps at all. It’s super frustrating if you fight with the game itself and not against the AI or other drivers.

I just bought this game recently, its already a few months old and to still have this kind of issues with a game that’s released every year is super disappointing and pathetic from EA. I’m under the impression so many players struggle with his since months and EA is doing nothing. But hey, as long as people pay for stupid in game content in F1 World its fine I guess. And they don’t care.

I’ve been playing F1 games nearly every year since 2006 and what its evolved to is just sad. Such a simple issue makes the game unplayable and EA doesn’t care. Haven’t been playing the last years and I guess I wont again in the near future. EA doesn’t give me any reason to. I miss the times it was just codemasters and not owned by EA. Another game ruined, thanks for that.
