Have you tried changing your DNS settings? If not it might be worth giving that a try following the below steps:
Press the Windows + R keys together to open your computer’s Run dialog box
Type in ncpa.cpl and hit enter to open the Network Connections window
Right-click on your Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection and select ‘Properties’
Scroll down to the Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) option. Click on this and select ‘Properties’
Change the Preferred DNS server field to 1.1.1.1 and the Alternate DNS server field to 1.0.0.1
Click ‘OK’ to save the changes

Are you using an anti-virus other than windows defender? Some of the 3rd party AVs will clash with the game.
If you are using a VPN try turning it off, a VPN is not officially supported and therefore the game does not always run reliably with them enabled.

should i disable windows def bec i don't use vpn and i have try alot of youtube videos and none of it work and ea supp i couldn't reach to them
