F1 24 stuck on “please wait”

Summarize your bug playing through single player career, doing fp3 in spa and I cannot move past fp3. the game will boot up fine and I can do fp3, but i get stuck on "please wait" no matter what i do. Tried creating a midsession save, nothing, deleting that, nothing, retiring from session, nothing. reinstalled game, did the fix option on the launcher, nothing works. What is your 16 digit Report Code? not sure how to get this if im stuck on a screen.

Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? play career mode, apparently is happening to a lot of people in different places throughout the calendar.
What happens when the bug occurs? stuck on a loading screen, have to task manager and end the game
What do you expect to see? my career mode continuing instead of a loading screen that lasts till my computer dies or am too old to game anymore.
