FSR3.1.4 and FSR support (dll replacement)

AMD has released FSR4 upgrade from 3.1, however, it requires the FSR3.1.4 .dll in the game.

As of now, FSR4 upgrade doesn't work with the included amd_fidelityfx_dx12.dll (3.1.3)

Manually swapping the DLL works just fine, but it would be very nice if the developers could simply replace amd_fidelityfx_dx12.dll (current version 3.1.3) with the new 3.1.4 version.

This allows using FSR4 through the driver update, and allows future FSR Frame Generation Upgrades as well.

Please consider this.
