Game crash while loading

Hey, like 2 months ago the game suddenly started crashing at loading. I get to "press any button to continue" and then the game looks like it´s launching but it crash. I verified the documents. I got message that 3 files were failed to check. (attached JPG). I reinstalled the game more times but it doesn´t help. Could you give me some tips what should I do to be able to play the game?

I FIXED IT, I'LL LET YOU KNOW WHAT I DID:

1) put -dx11 and -debug on steam parameters
2) go to steam library, right click on f1 24, properties, general, and then where it says "preferred starting option" put "Play F1 24"
3) Open task manager and minimize it. Then start the game from the library not from the direct access (i'll send you the image).

That worked for me.

Its likely to be the anti cheat files so it may be worth trying to uninstall and reinstall them

So, I tried to repair the anti cheat and also uninstalled and installed but this doesn’ t help. Got any other tips how to solve this? Will EA do somerhing for this? Or they don’ t really care about this problem. There isn’t any Direct e-mail to EA where they could give some informations…

my game wont even launch, the little loading screen f124 shows then it goes back to the app

Nope, I have tried everything. EA just don’t care about this issue…the worst is that u can’t even contact them directly to solve the problem…u can read some tips here but if it doesn’t help u are unlucky like me…bought the game, can’t refund it and can’t play it…seems like its ok for EA…

you had to put it like this on steam parameters

+ this was working for me, but since the new update (today) it started to crash again. those developers are absolutely c*nts.
