Game has gotten increasingly blurry

The menus are crisp and clear, and at perfect resolution. But the drivers and the cars in the background and while driving are completely blurry, and not in the same resolution as everything else. This has gotten increasingly worse over the last week and is now to the point where I can barely see the track. It was crisp and clear before. I have updated everything and tried every setting that I can possibly think of but the game is blurry as s*** . The menus are crisp and beautiful. Wtf is going on?
