Lost my progress in my professional 2 players career

I just lost my two players Carter mode during the third season. We got disconnected for an unknown reason when we were in the podium ceremony after finishing the Miami GP. And now when I try to enter...

    The original file sounds like it is corrupted so you aren’t going to be able to get that back

It sounds like the save file might be corrupted. Have you tried starting a new 2 player career save?

    Yeah it works but when I go to change settings it doesn’t save like I put the ai to 99 and it changes by itself at 70 after that but anyways , is there a way to maybe to save my file ? Thx again

      The original file sounds like it is corrupted so you aren’t going to be able to get that back
