No controller vibration (One year anniversary special)

Product: what do you think (it's been a year)
Platform: the commodore 64 (it's been a year)

Summarize your bug Controller vibration is no longer working, tried in several different modes, using both xbox and dualshock controllers. Had this problem since July making the game completely unplayable. Completely ignoring me like this feels like my consumer rights are being violated. (it's been a year)

What is your 16 digit Report Code? XCAE-HSVC-TCGT-APPD  what does this even mean. If anyone was to look at this what would it tell them? (it's been a year)
What peripherals are you using? Please list the exact make and model. Xbox elite series 2, Dualshock 4. Do you lot not have these to hand? Is that why I have been completely ignored. (it's been a year)
Can you please provide the name of your current internet service provider? talktalk. Is there a reason I was asked about this? (it's been a year)
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Single Player and multiplayer and fanzone( if I mention that one will that trigger a keyword and flag this for urgent fixing. What if I say I can't buy pitcoins now?) and time trials and grand Prix mode. (it's been a year)

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? That would involve something caring enough. (it's been a year)
What happens when the bug occurs? there is no controller vibration. Making the game completely unplayable. Not that anyone cares (it's been a year)
What do you expect to see? A company that gives a **bleep** about it's customers. (it's been a year)

Been waiting since July for some form of acknowledgement. Clearly EA or Codemasters care. A simple automated message is too much effort for someone as meaningless and foreign as me.

    Knowing you're not even worth the minute it would take for an acknowledgement isn't good for the old self-esteem.

    I guess it's the implication. I am that meaningless, that's it's easier to ignore me, rather then attempt to sweep me under the rug.

    @Generalemergency Sorry to hear that your bug report got overlooked when it was first posted. I’m sure @EA_Groguet will be happy to look into this for you.

    I see your playing on PC, are you playing through Steam or the EA App?

    I appreciate the attempt, but I am under no illusion that this will ever be acknowledged.

    This whole forum is a formality that has zero bearing on anything.

    @Generalemergencysame here friend. I have taken time out of my day to report 2 bugs with information and screenshots. One has been entirely ignored, other I got lucky because a couple of other people also tagged the EA folks, it got noticed. Seems like when non content creator users report issues, it is taken a back seat (if you're lucky). They've taken our money for the game already, so I guess there really isn't any financial reason for them to really care about these bug reports. This forum probably exists just to show the shareholders that they "care".

    I have identified a couple of further bug reports, but I really don't want to waste time out of my day for what seems to be the equivalent of screaming to the void.

    @ragekumar666 You'd think that with the dwindling sales they might be trying harder to keep their existing customers. By which I mean the bare minimum. A simple little automated message is too much apparently.

    I'm having the same issue on Steam with a Dualsense controller. Zero vibration, the adaptive triggers work, but no vibration at all.
