Not Able To Save The Progress IN F1 24

This happen with my 2023 F1 Game was never able to p[lay it. I was hoping my new 2024 game wouldn't have the same issue and unfortunately the same error. I am hoping its not another $100 dollars down the drain.

What happens when the bug occurs? I get a Failed to save message
What do you expect to see? i expect the game to autosave without having this issue.

Constantly get errors relating to autosaving, I've tried disabling anti-virus, windows firewalls, deleting old saved files, reinstalling the game etc. This is an issue that i also experienced on F1 23! I could never save the game, which unfortutnely ruined the game for me.

I decided to try the trial through EA play in the hope that this issue was isolated to F1 23. Unfortunatly this seems to still be an issue so unless this is fixed i will not be purchasing the game! This is a great shame as i'm a big fan of the F1 games, but this has made the games totally unplayable. From looking at the forums, this has been an issue that has plagued the last few releases with no resolution being offered by EA which is i find is totally unacceptable. Please sort this out!

have you found ANYTHING? EA SUPPORT IS THE WORST. i cant save since 2023 and bought 2024 thinking this would change. i have to input all my effin settings every. time. i. open. the. game. SAME MESSAGE. COULNT SAVE, RETRY? AND NEVER DOES IT SAVE. 

Did you try logging a support case?

I bought this last week through EA App and using it on my PC, I am getting the same error and unable to play career mode. It is irritating having paid so much for this game. The customer support is addressing the problem as if they are hearing it for the first time.

Hi, I’m having the same problem on my brand new HP Omen Transcend 16! “SAVE FAILED” keep popping up, no matter what! My goodness! 

Hi, I found an easy, an amazing solution! Move the “My Games” folder (cut/paste) from OneCloud’s “Documents”  to your own PC’s “Document” folder! 
Ut works/saves progress superbly thereafter, no glitch!
