Software cannot be used at the same time as the game

I have the same problem on f1 24 and f1 25 and I don't play interception, nor have I even heard of it. So that's not really the problem. I played F1 24 just fine until after early May when this issue popped up. My game is through Steam and when i checked file integrity it showed 3 files missing which were reacquired. I played the game once and the next time I tried to play the same thing happened. I can't say what the 3 files are because Steam doesn't provide that information. Fix that and problem solved I bet.
