Unable to connect to the server and missing content

About a month ago, I reset my computer, so all the files were deleted. After I re-downloaded F1 24, I found that I’ve been unable to connect to the server. Moreover, in my "Assists" settings, only the Steering Assist option is left—options like Brake Assist and Launch Control are all gone.At the bottom left corner of the settings interface, there's a line of red text. It seems to be "record code," but I can't remember clearly. Can anyone tell me what to do? Thanks.
