I like the team owner being separate from the driver but I did find myself wanting to also have a personalized driver avatar, maybe working like an "icon" that only My team could hire. I get they want to channel that into career but for some I can see that doesn't feel satisfying. Given the binary choice, i prefer what they did, but I'd like to see a middle ground.
