How do I change difficulty between races/sessions?

and where do you change it, because when Im not zoomed in and press ESC I cant change anything.

You press F2 on PC and the menu opens

OK so just for clarification, the last F1 game I played is F1 '21. In that game, once you start your race weekend you could change your difficulty between practice and qualy sessions but once enter the qualy session, you were prohibited from changing it before the race and were stuck with whatever difficulty you chose before qualifying. Has this changed in '25? If you start the qualifying session and proceed to the race, and then retire back to the motor home and change the difficulty, will you need to do the entire race weekend again(practice, qualy, race), or can you simply jump back into paddock right before the race starts?

Talking difficulty, I always play on easy but the auto brake in this is stupidly strong. Don't really want to switch to challenging though. Even casuals like me know to brake when the line goes red.

Once you start a session you are locked in. We used to have the option to restart the session and change it but they dropped it. Now you can only change it between sessions. 

I didn’t fully answer you. You can change it anytime you get to the motorhome screen, but you don’t restart the weekend, you move to the next session. FP1 to FP2 or Qualy to Race.
