Missed out of Ferrari livery because of flooding

I don’t know if anyone at EA can help me with this, but I live in the area recently affected by severe flooding in Washington state. I play F1 25 on PS5, and my console was being fixed when I was forced to evacuate my home because of flooding. I didn’t get my console back until a couple of weeks ago and so I missed out on the first wave of Survival mode rewards. I’m a deeply devoted Ferrari fan and so I’m extremely sad that I didn’t have the chance to get the Ferrari Monza livery and the helmet styles for Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton. Could you guys find a way to help brighten my day by allowing me to have these special cosmetics? It would mean a lot, because I’m so disappointed to miss out due to circumstances beyond my control. Thanks for any help you can give.

    I can speak with a CM to see if they plan to redistribute them but at this moment there is no other way to get them

    I sent a couple messages to community managers to ask as well. I hoped they could make an exception because I had to evacuate and since the content is already in the game.
