Missing my APXGP team pack

I purchased the PC game from GameStop it was the iconic edition and I’m supposed to receive the APXGP team pack and haven’t gotten it in game and

i understand it was a limited time purchase but it’s listed in the product description and I raised a chat but was transferred to AJIT and he was politely but rude in the sense of just referring me to here and hoping for a community manager to resolve my issue. Idk if that’ll help but I feel like if I wasn’t going to get the APXGP pack I would’ve purchased the base game instead

    The APXGP pack was a limited time item. As of July 11th, the pack is no longer available, even when buying the iconic edition.

    Thanks totally understandable but the retailer I purchased from has no indication of limited date and is still including it within the iconic edition of the game. On GameStops website. But I’m trying to see if they’ll provide a code for it

    I purchased F1 25 because your official website (https://www.ea.com/de/games/f1/f1-25/features/apxgp) clearly advertises the APEX GP content as a feature. In the game? Completely missing!

    This is not just disappointing – it’s an absolute disgrace towards your players. We pay extra for the Icon Edition and don’t get what was promised. No clear communication, no compensation – this is unacceptable and disrespectful to the community.

    The APX GP pack was only available until the 11th July 2025. Currently there are no plans to release this again but if it does happen there will be communication from EA

    Then they shouldn’t market the Apex team on their site — that’s just deceiving people.

    EA is just as bad as Ubisoft.
