Multiplayer grand Prix issue

Hi there. Is or has anyone else had the issue where you click on multiplayer grand Prix and it immediately come sup saying no available offers. Can't select anything and even when friends invite me to a race no invite comes through. It's like I can play but no there on multiplayer basically
