The facility buffs were always visible the last years, as a "+X" beside the stats.
I think, i'll try a full Konnersport Team next time to see if your "Icons don't get stats changes" fit. But as fas as i experienced it, Callie Mayer gets stats increase, when she is the AI controlled driver. But as stated earlier: "I tried another myTeam and this time i always used Tim Tramnitz and let Callie Mayer make her own AI thing. And same picture: Tim doesn't maker any progress but Callie does. So it's cleary the case that the user controlled driver in myTeam doesn't change it stats. And that is...unsatisfying." Maybe it was a bug on the console version? Maybe a bug in the german version?
Okay, so... I'm in the 4th season of my MyTeam career. My drivers are Paul Aron and Franco Colapinto. I always drive as Aron. While Colapinto's stats went up during the years, Aron's stats remained the same despite winning 3 driver championships with him. This is definitely a bug, no need to further discuss it.
EA_Groguet please let the team know about this, we need a fix ASAP!
