NVIDIA Frame Generation isn´t working

Hey guys,

i have a problem with NVIDIA Frame Generation. It doesn´t matter if it on or off i still have the same FPS. Playing with Path tracing isn´t possible at the moment (~30-40 FPS). On Youtube i saw the same specs as mine with ~100FPS at every track. All drivers are updated and reinstalled.
Did somebody have the same problems or is someone having a solution?

CPU 7 7800x3d
32GB DDR5
