@EA_Barry Thanks, but i've already tried that. I also received some support from @Ea_help from Twitter but nothing changed.

      Hola. yo tenia ese problema tambien hasta que abri una cuenta con EA. Una vez teniendo una cuenta con ellos, solo sigue reintentando la conexion.
