F1 22 Account suspended after moving from ea play pro to owned standard version

Any fixed to this yet? I spent over an hour in a chat box with ea last night and was pretty much told to sit on my hands and wait for them to fix it.

I HAVE THE SAME EXACT PROBLEM. Can an EA support member please get back to us on this, this is absolutely ridiculous. I only have about 20 hours on the game and says my accounts been banned. For what?? I have only played co-op career and multiplayer 2-3 times! It's only on F1, I can play all of my other EA games perfectly fine without saying my account is banned it's clearly an EA glitch on F1!!!

Same problem.

And I get reply from EA Help "We have confirmed that your account was involved in cheating. Because of this, we will not remove the sanction on your account."

I play game about 8 hours in career mode only, without any mods and cheats. 

Сheating it's that I didn't renew my EA Pro subscription, or what? 

This is crazy... I got all versions of F1 games from F1 2010 till F1 2021 without any problems. And this is first game in series with so many amount of bugs.

I have the same problem, i contacted with support but they changed status to closed and nothing changed.
