Helmet / Suit etc options?

Hi, When I select single player drive and go through the various sections in getting the driver kitted up along with name etc etc, why when I select a certain helmet along with suit and gloves etc  that for some reason it goes back to a default selection?. so whats the point in having a choice when it does not apply. Or is this option only available in MY TEAM selection?

    @martyforster there is an option to copy driver when you start career. Not sure now which button you need to press but it should be listed in bottom of the screen with other buttons and what they does 🙂

    You can customise your character between races. The helmet and other aesthetics can not be customised when you’ve started a GP and in between sessions while in the paddock  (training 1, training 2 etc). They can be change when your  in your “factory”.
