The AI is using the preloaded preset for the specific track. We should be able to match them using the default setups...
@sirio42994 Yea, i do agree something is off, but this worked really well for me and is a workaround worth trying to make it playable

The AI is much faster this year. The Esports drivers are having a tough time keeping with the 110 AI.
Bahrain TT record is currently held by Brendon Leigh, 1.27.0.
Youtuber Tom97's 110 AI produced a 1.26.3 at Bahrain in his career mode. Its not a problem for me, I reduced my AI by 10.
It seems like the F1 22 AI is running the same times as F1 2021 AI even though the cars are slower this year what with the new regulations and all.
It seems like most will have to reduce their AI this year.

I agree with you, I find that the AI is tougher this year. I put my regular AI level in and was getting smoked. I dropped it to something reasonable, however the AI on straights still doesn't make sense, in that in an equal car and default setup, I still lose out on straights to my AI teammate. Custom setups have made it a bit easier to keep up, but it's still unequal.

Are you using any form of TC be it on full or medium? Any form of TC will bog you coming out of a corner on to the straightaways. I think the AI is programmed to run with TC set to off but I could be wrong.
