Massive lack of power of the car

Platform:PC
Summarize your bug I have been playing witn no problems for ten days but suddenly in one race the car started losing a massive amount of power and it's not able to pass 280km/h and even move up to eight gear. The first couple of time I tried to reset and it looked like the problem was solved but now the problem doesn't fix and it is imposible to play like this. You can feel it just at the beginning of the race that all cars go pasth through you so easily. Please I need help with this, it's not acceptable.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? It happens since the beginnign of any race, doesn't care the game mode
What happens when the bug occurs? Massive lack of power of the car.
What do you expect to see? A car that runs normally

    I have found what my problem is.

    It is nothing to do with game itself.

    There is a toggle underneath my controller that reduces the trigger response.

    It was reduced on the throttle side as it must have happened when I put it back in the case.

    I wasn't noticeable on other games as the trigger didn't need to work in the same way.as a throttle.

    So, everything is fine now with my top speed.

    A video would probably help if you could capture and share one. My main thought is that this may well be a pedal/controller issue limiting your maximum acceleration. Either just check the OSD when you're driving down a straight to see if the throttle level is maxing out, or check this via the controller setting section.

    I have had this since yesterday when the drivers stats were updated in the mail section of the game.

    I have never had any problems with the game and all of a sudden I have very low top speed.

    I have played about with setups with no downforce and the problem is still there.

    It is a game problem not a hardware problem.

    I can't believe this has happened !!!!!!!!!

    This is a throttle trigger issue.

    I was playing about with testing the buttons and triggers, and the right trigger which is the throttle only goes to 62%.

    The brake on the left trigger goes to 100%.

    I have no problems in any other games with the triggers.

    So it must be something to do with the game itself.

    Do you have another game where you are able to test trigger performance in an equivalent way? It may be it's just more noticeable in F1 22...

    If it's not a hardware issue you may be able to fix this for yourself using the in-game controller setup settings.

    Hi, thanks for answering. I'm leaving you a clip of ths issue down below.

    As you can see the car doesn't go faster than 280 km/h and the pedal is full-throttle. It has to be a game issue, the equipment is all new (pedals and wheel). I haven't changed anything on the settings that could affect and when I bought the game and equipment everything was going okey. You can understand that there is no way anyone can play this game like this.

    @treki99I just get a message about processing.

    Looks like a very short clip from the file size anyway and more info. may be needed. Any chance component wear or ERS charge level is causing what you're seeing? My hunch is this isn't a game fault ...
