Motion Blur Strength setting slider doesn't work [since F1 2021]

All game modes

How often does this bug occur?
Every time (100%)

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves?
Go to TT mode. Start a flying lap. Pause the game. Change the motion blur setting to 0. Resume the game. Pause the game. Change the motion blur setting to 20. Resume the game. See the attached demo video: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1555214132

What happens when the bug occurs?
There is no difference when changing the motion blur setting.

What do you expect to see?
Motion blur should increase as you increase the setting from 0 to 20.

    I'm curious, has motion blur worked for anyone in the past two games?  My understanding is that it's universally broken.

    @OatmealB0wl Yeah its never worked for me, however when you press flashback and watch the onboard or you watch a replay onboard motion blur works. It never works when you are actually driving in the game

    @FG44141 Same for me. The motion blur also switches on the moment I take the chequered flag at the end of a race. Very weird.

    @OatmealB0wl As 21 and 22 were first games to run on 120fps on console. I’m guessing they Havnt been able to get motion blur to work properly. Seems odd as you can still run game on 60fps on current and old gen consoles. But can’t be a coincidence.

    Same experience for me. It looks pretty silky smooth after the race ends, I’d like to experience it in-race
