@StefanKrunic97You can start a conversation with the help center here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/?product=f1-22&community=true
Here you can stare a new case to report a bug;

The best is here, to request information on the game:

Do not try to get support for a technical issue as there seems to be a problem with that part of the site.
Once you are asked to choose a contact method, request the live chat and tell them your issue. As there seems to be issues with the proper channels, we need to coordinate and reach actual humans on the other end to have them escalate the problem. The more this happens, the more the number of tickets baring the same problem will amass. Typically, these are usually grouped together to make a cae with tier 3 support, and then with the developers themselves.- StefanKrunic974 years agoNew Scout
@FPC6I'm pretty sure that the 'issue' with the proper channels is intentional. The game has a million bugs, so they are getting a lot of overhead.
They do know how to speak english, I'll tell you that much. 🐱

Man what a tragedy.
We're doomed. Might as well relearn driving without force feedback.
- @StefanKrunic97 that's really uncool man. These guys are there to do an already unpleasant job and you're taking cheap shots at them.
Do not take your frustration out on the support team!!! They can't do anything about it. They're already working for EA or some subcontractor. Don't make their lives harder! All you need to to is pass along the message via a human channel, rather than post it in a forum that were not sure the developers actually read.
This also harms what we're trying to do. - StefanKrunic974 years agoNew Scout@FPC6 I wouldn't call forwarding messages an unpleasant job.
Of course I'm taking cheap shots at them. I just said I have an issue with the force feedback. And they asked me for my email, and said the issue will be forwarded. No further questions such as what controller, when does the issue occur, NOTHING. Just a generic answer that the issue will be resolved ASAP. How can you resolve something without knowing what it is ? That's the whole point. They are just an intermediary to the people who can actually change some. There's no point in getting upset at them. They pass along the message. If you ask questions like "when will this be fixed", how on earth are they supposed to know? They're not programming the game. They have to sit there and take the abuse thrown at them by players frustrated at EA's lackluster programming.
Just ask them to escalate the issue, and that's it. No point pushing for anything else.
- StefanKrunic974 years agoNew Scout@FPC6 You keep circling around and avoiding the main question. We're getting way off-topic by the way. How can the 'actually change some' if they don't know what they're changing ? You came out with this useless philosophy that contacting the braindead customer care is going to increase the chances of solving the problem. Guess what, it's not.
The point is mass. That's what I said in my original post. The more people send this issue in, the more that gets escalated internally and the faster developers have to address it. That's it. It doesn't need to go farther.
You're angry, I get it, but how is it any of the people you've spoken to's fault? Come down from your high horse for a second and think. Demanding that something get fixed immediately like a petulant child and insulting someone's ability to speak does not help anyrhing.
I even bought a ps5 controller, and its amazing how the issue still exists. On this dualsense ps5 controller, I can get bare minimum response but its barely noticeable and might as well not be there.
Comparing the vibrations between the 21 game and this one tells everything. There is something fundamentally wrong in this game, and for some reason it doesnt affect ALL controller users ??
G923 on Xbox. Wtf suddenly happened to the FFB? Was fine last week. Don't even think mine is updated. Version seems to be 1.0.91.8016. Seems suuuuper weak suddenly and this was definitely not the case. For example, I could REALLY feel that bump coming up near turn 2 Austria. Now there's nothing, almost as if there's no bump there at all. Silverstone feels like I could be driving an arcade game wheel LOL.
- Oesi_F14 years agoNew Vanguard@tkc1hd9r7m9f Thank you, exactly what I was trying to say earlier in this thread. Just drive a lap in F1 21 and afterwards in F1 22 with the same settings.. day and night difference. And I can't imagine that this behavior is intended by the developers.
@Oesi_F1 it wasn't even this way the entire time. The game was fine for me and plenty of others until patch 1.07, after which it got absolutely *.
- Oesi_F14 years agoNew Vanguard@tkc1hd9r7m9f Sorry but absolutely not. My controller vibration was miles different from day one.
I have barely had any trigger vibrations since the game was released. I test it when a new patch is presented, but it doesent work, so I dont care any more. Had to cancel the league racing this year. This is my last bought F1 game. RIP!
Have bought every game since 2012. Even played one of the first f1 games on Atari, PC and on Amiga 500 in the -80`s. Yes im a grown man but like the freedom of a good game. Sadly this dont work for me. The game in general is good when you look past all the bugs and unnessesary stuff. Liked the story mode in f1 2021 a lot. Hoped to see something similar this year, but thats nothing to do with.
The great amount of bugs really kills the game for me.
I follow the league I would have participated in, and the season they have started have made them to work around many of the problems at hand. For instance they turn of SC because a bug can make the race leader lose a lot of time, even get a sudden penalty, which will ruin his race.
But other bugs might force them to restart the entire session.
To release a game half finished is to me unbeliveble. But I guess some people in nice dresses need to make some money as well. To bad we are the one who pays the bill for this mess.
@Oesi_F1 i am not denying what you are saying, I'm just saying what happened for me and atleast 1 or 2 others.

Well, if you are on PC, you can give this mod a go... Unfortunately it breaks Online compatibility (like using it in online lobbies) but the force feedback at least feels nicer to me. https://www.racedepartment.com/downloads/force-feedback-mod.54248/
- StefanKrunic974 years agoNew Scout@mantazzoLTU I tried the mod, Time Trial - Xbox 360 pad, it does not work at all for me.
- mantazzoLTU4 years agoRising Scout
^Well, it is difficult to say how different gamepads will react when you have only one of them :D But then again I'm not sure if these changes would help X360 gamepad users. For me, playing on Xbox One Gamepad, it felt quite a bit different.
@mantazzoLTU I tried it as well. It didnt do anything on my dualsense. On my series x/s it completely fixed trigger vibrations, however it did nothing to fix rumble vibrations(the feedback when trigger vibrations is off).
And since it cant be used for multiplayer that means stil cant do social/league races. Thanks for linking it tho. Sadly I never used trigger vibrations before, and Im not interested in learning how to drive using trigger vibrations so this broken game still remains unplayable for me
gonna be 2 months (more for some) and this game still unplayable for so many of us, and zero information from the apes that call themselves devs- mantazzoLTU4 years agoRising Scout
^Fair enough. Like I said, I can only hope things work on other gamepads, as I only have the Xbox One version. As for rumble vibrations - they seem to be broken for me also in a way - I mean, being able to feel all the vibration in spectator mode is quite distracting when spectating a League race... 😅
We are almost at October and this is still in investigating, E M B A R A S S I N G.
and being extremely honest, i think they did this "nerf" on purpose so the esports players don't complain about how good traction is on controller. Well done, next year i'll just avoid buying another F1 game.
SpoilerBETTER FIX MAGNUSSEN'S EYES AND ALBON'S NUMBER THAT CAN BE PICKED INSTEAD OF THE BASICS OF THE GAMEPLAY XDDSo many of our players from the league I oversee have dropped out and stopped playing because they're not having fun essentially playing blindfolded ☹️
Guys, I think the messed it up and they know it.
I have some good background in product development in big tech companies - the fact that this happening in such a non consistent manner, indicate that it’s really hard, and could be impossible to find the root cause.
In such cases sometime the only option to actually do a re-write on the entire module/service that carries the logic of the FFB in this case.I, for example, don’t have FFB only for Player two comptroller in split screen mode on PS5.
In all other case I have full FFB with my controller.
That's the main mode I play and it makes it really bad experience.
If thats the case, then let them work until they get a fix, and give refund to all of us that legit cant play anymore. Then if they finally actually somehow manage to do what they get paid to do, let us choose to buy the game agian.
