Update:
Used an old save game (about 4 days old) and overwrote my old save game. Worked fine.
Always do a manual save packup. Since I had with F1 2017 or 2018 already problems with saving. Has then also lasted half a year until Codemaster had fixed the problem. Anyone who somewhere still has an old save. Times try out.
