Of course, it's an eligible question to ask for compensation if you're paying for a service that should work to 100% and not just 70% or 50%. - TheOGReeceTTV4 years agoNew Scout@schcksLy0 What's going on in your head! EA Play Pro is a subscription service with hundreds of games that you can be playing which all work fine. One game has one issue that won't even last that long and you expect compensation? You lose your right to withdrawal or refund as soon as you download any content so good luck with your compensation 🙂
- schcksLy04 years agoSeasoned Newcomer@TheOGReeceTTV right, so for example a game like "Lost Ark" which is free2play shouldn't give out compensation for their downtimes at the start of the West release, because you know, you paid nothing. Guess what, they did :OOO
You know we're not talking about compensating the whole price of a game, there are compensations that are minimal expenses for EA. I don't mind a compensation, but if you just use a little percentage of your brain you come up with ideas like stuff for F1 Life for free etc. It isn't that hard!
Nobody ever asked for a "withdrawal/refund" wtf
