That's always possible but it takes a lot more effort so many of the malicious and fake reports will go away compared to if it's done ingame immediately. It's a lot of work to do what you suggest so you really have to have an evil eye on someone to do something like this. This can be prevented if the sessions are saved and you have to submit a session ID during the report process, just like in iracing. It will be easy to check if it's faked or not.

This isnt going to happen. Do you think EA care if somebody takes you out? They are not going to start banning people for this. After all the F1 series is not a sim.
