To check your privacy settings:
Press the Xbox button to open the guide, go to Profile & system > Settings > General > Online safety & family > Privacy & online safety.
Select Xbox privacy > View details & customize > Game content.
Scroll right to Live stream gameplay and make sure it's set to Allow.
