Hi @Artax04,
was this using the link cable?
what other debug tool settings were you using?
do you experience a jittering sensation when moving your head/looking left and right?
and have you noticed random crashes when using the link cable?
Cheers
@vrtowelyes, always ink cable, the cable is it's a 10gbps
on debug tool almost everything default, asyncronous off, 500 bitrate.
Jittering when moving the head ONLY with fov at 100%,with fov at 85% the head tracking is almost perfect.
i got zero crash in game until now, no wait, only one crash the first time i turned it on, but after that. zero crash
It's mandatory that you won't put the game in full screen, or it won't work
As far as, yeah, the fov was the key to get stability
I can confirm, switching the bitrate to the max 500 mbit/s in Oculus Debug Tool made the huge difference in Overall frame rate smoothness for me, i am on a 2070 Super with a 10900k and 32 GB RAM, so i know i can not archive graphic masterpieces, but man, the frame smoothness i get now reminds me on ams 2 vr expirience. Clear 90 fbs no stuttering, i am on link cable on high/medium settings. Steam VR ss and oculus All to default. The only resulotion i Use is the one in the game at VR Settings ist on 110 atm. Like i said no masterpiece but playable.
decrease the fov to 80 or 85% in steam vr settings, you will fly with the 2070 super too
