Getting back to the OP this is how I refine setups....how can you tell if a change is faster or slower unless you keep track?

@BadMayh3m Because I only play myteam. I select my base setup for each GP. Do a few laps on FP1. Make changes to set up I think I need. Do practice program at end FP1 if my car feels good and I’m lapping within 3 tenths of my main rivals on performance rankings. I go to FP2 do last 2 practice programs. Fine tune settings then on to qualifying. I take no notice of my lap times or anyone else’s. Just the gap between mine and theirs
