I'm not sure who's posting names etc but its best to keep threads as clean as possible, don't give an excuse to silence the voice on this issue.
Someone over at the PSN Profiles forum is claiming he was banned by the CM for posting the link to some US consumer rights type website. Just post those at the Xbox/PSN forums, I've checked both forums regularly and both are aware that each other are chasing this issue up so what is communicated in one place will be seen by the other.
Just remember you can vote with your wallet, this game from launch until the broken/abandoned trophies was supported for a total of 50 weeks. If you paid full RRP on release date (£69.99) that averages at approx £1.40 a week, £5.60 a month (a higher price than EA's monthly subscription service at £3.99). That's for just this game....you paid....for it to be broken....
If it seems like they don't care its because they don't have to. The community of these smaller games really doesn't register. Like I said before have a look at their earnings report. They've got enough money to throw stuff and see what sticks...they've hit gold with the yearly sports and mobile games micro-transactions, the revenue generated from the "casual" communities of those games dwarfs everything else, big time.
In reality you can't really blame them all you can do is stop allowing yourself to be farmed.
