ERS PROBLEM F1 24

Hi, I'm writing this to find a solution to a problem. The ERS in my F1 24 isn't working. It doesn't go below 100% manually or automatically. I've tried switching buttons and using the hold function to use ERS, but neither works. I play on PS4 and with a controller.
