Multiplayer matchmaking empty in South America – persistent issue

Hello,

I’m writing to report a persistent issue with multiplayer matchmaking in F1 25, specifically in South America.

Problem description:

Region: South America

Crossplay: Enabled

Mode: Ranked and Unranked Multiplayer

Safety Rating: Medium

Time played: Weekdays and weekends, usually between 20:00–24:00 (local time)

In most cases, matchmaking fails to find any players, or lobbies remain empty for several minutes before timing out. This happens consistently, not occasionally.

Impact:

Multiplayer is effectively unusable outside very specific peak hours

Long queue times discourage continued online play

Many players seem to abandon multiplayer after repeated failed attempts

This does not appear to be a connection issue on my side. Other online games work normally, and the behavior is repeatable across sessions.

Request / Feedback:

Please review matchmaking parameters for low-population regions

Consider relaxing filters (ranking/safety) when player counts are low

Provide clearer communication if multiplayer population is known to be limited by region

I’m posting this as feedback rather than a complaint. The gameplay itself is solid, but the multiplayer experience in this region feels effectively inactive.
