Telemetry problem on sf1000 with Xbox

Hello, I apologize for bothering you, but I'm having a problem with the telemetry displayed on my SF1000 screen.

I'm on Xbox, using a Thrustmaster TS XW. My telemetry on the wheel works, but I'm missing some crucial information, I'd say. Like the DRS ERS delta and especially the battery charge.

Simulation is a passion of mine, even at 40 years old, and I hope to find a solution other than changing my setup.

I've already contacted Thrustmaster support, with whom I've been corresponding for 7 days, only for them to tell me to contact EA support.

I contacted them, and while waiting for their response, I'm looking for a solution elsewhere. That's the reason for my message.

(Everything is up to date, and even my internet connection is 2.4GHz)
