Game crash and PS5 console freeze after recent F1 2026 update

Hello EA Team,

I am experiencing a severe and recurring issue on the PS5 after the latest F1 2026 update pack. The game is becoming unplayable and is completely locking up my console. I have tried playing three times, and the exact same sequence of errors happens every time:

1. Stage 1 (Stuttering): The game suddenly starts to freeze and stutter during gameplay.
2. Stage 2 (Audio Loss): The game audio cuts out completely.
3. Stage 3 (Brief Recovery & Hard Crash): The audio and gameplay briefly return to normal, but shortly after, the game completely crashes.
4. Stage 4 (Console Freeze): The PlayStation 5 goes to the standard error reporting screen, and then the entire console freezes/locks up, forcing me to do a hard reset.

I am unsure if this is a conflict with a recent PS5 system update or specifically an issue with the latest F1 2026 patch, but it only happens with this game.

Could the development team please look into this? I would appreciate any feedback or troubleshooting steps, as it is currently impossible to play.
