Clubs do not count playoff victories

Me and 3 other colleagues regularly play Clubs mode, we have the Infuse Team team and in this edition of playoffs the victories are not being counted when the games end.

At the end of the games in which we emerge victorious, an error occurs and we all return to the EA SPORTS FC 24 menu, and when we return to Clubs mode, the victories appear on the club's calendar but are not counted in the playoffs table.

There were 3 won matches that appear on the calendar as playoff matches, but were not included in the table!

Please ask for an urgent adjustment as we are being penalized for this!

The only victory that was counted was the one that the opponent left in the middle of the match, those that ended naturally were not counted.
