FC24 Parent club complaining about loan player not getting enough games

I was able to get ethan mbappe on loan from psg with an option to buy and I recently got a notification that psg thinks he isn’t getting enough games and they might recall him but his squad role is sporadic and im barely in  November and he has 19 appearances which should be more than enough.
