Frustrated with Recent Changes to Pregame Presentation in Career Mode

Wondering whether it's a mistake and of they plan to rectify, I see some have said it's still there on PS4 and XB1 versions. 

Also I keep seeing some blaming FUT players for getting it removed for their convenience to speed up beginning of match, but it's still available in FUT as well. Seems a bit strange that it's not there on PS4 or XB s/x
