Options to disable Fill Teammates is greyed out. How to disable this?

Fill Teammates in Clubs is enabled but cannot be disabled as option to do so is greyed out. Why is it greyed out and how can I disable Fill Teammates?

The option only becomes available when you have more than one person in your lobby.

I imagine it's to stop people trying to play solo.

And that’s why FC 26 or any FC is dead and it’s free too play
