Player career Playstyles and unrealistic targets

On player career everytime I’ve started a new career I get the same playstyles for every position (for example) I will start a career as a striker and after a few seasons I’ll get bored and decide to make a centre back career only for it to have the same playstyles as the striker career which is a little  frustrating. Also I’ve just started a CDM career mode and it’s telling me I need to create 59 goals to achieve my target club. What sort of CDM is getting 59 goal contributions in 5 seasons let alone 1?
