Stuck on initializing when playing squads on Volta

Question

I am desperately trying to fix this but I really can't do anything about it, I really am curious regarding the support of this page, I bought a new game and trying to play volta though when trying to start a match with my friends the loading screen freeze on initializing and I have to close the game because its an infinite lag. I have tried repairing, reinstalling, updating all available drivers, changing all possible settings regarding my hardware and still the game freezes when loading on volta. I also tried to change my controller and still the same problem. Its the only mode that i cannot play.

I still don't understand how it is possible for a big gaming company like EA accepting that kind of problems and as far as i've seen almost nobody gets a true response and of course I cannot find an actual email address to contact you. Thanks

Ryzen 5 5600x

RX 6800 XT 16GB

M.2 SSD

32GB 3600Mhz

60Mbps Ethernet Connection.

literally cant get a game in sometimes and if I do its just one or 2 games that I am able to play smh

Same problem. Somehow I need to reinstall the game every time I want to play 2 games of volta. After the 2 games, the game freezes on the "initializing" screen. I'm going insane here

Three maps that will cause a freeze for AMD 6000 series cards:&nbsp;Barcelona, Z5 and&nbsp;Musqueam. All that actually needs to be done is for those maps to be removed from&nbsp; Volta Squads' map playlist, there's no need to even fix them initally.
