There is a bug with career mode when using created players. I've found a workaround which can be found at the link below - currently i am playing season 4 by using this approach.

So far there is no solution or help offered by EA.
Best is to switch to FIFA 23.
- @punchamp And how long will EA keep the server open for that do you think? FC24 is broken in so many ways and our only option seems to playing old FIFA titles with no online support in the long term🤬
