connecting to UT is not possiable at the moment

I got fc 24 yesterday and I cannot connect to UT all other modes are unaffected just UT.
things I tried:
1.restarting the game.
2.restarting the router.
3.restarting the pc.

4,trying to play a match in a different mode(it works but UT still doesn't connect).

at this point I'm considering refunding the game.
