EA FC 24 beta code for Switch doesn’t work

I got an email for an EA Sports FC 24 beta code for the Nintendo Switch. When I tried redeeming it for pre load in the e shop it wouldn’t work. I’ve checked that I’m using the correct Nintendo account and that it’s the same that’s connected to my EA account but it still won’t work. It always gives me error code 2813-0069. It just says that there is an error and I should try again later and a few other tips. It still won’t work sadly☹️
