So yesterday I played some div rivals and squad battles just a normal matches and when I woke up today I saw that I can't connect to ea servers in EA FC 24, so my friend told my that I should check if I have ban or something cause a lot of people got bans for no reason, so I went to ea help to check my bans history and I saw active ban without any reason or something like that I wrote appeal, but you know I use ea play to play that game and if I will wait 30 days for respond that will not be cool at all.I know my nickname is sus, but it's just a joke among my friends

i just got banned today as well. yesterday was playing div rivals, squad battles. today a ban on my account. im sure as hell not cheating because sad to say it i sink a lot of money into this game pay to win lol, but yeah i woke up to a ban absolute no reason why

Same thing happened to me a week after buying the FC24 bundle, fifa points and ps membership. BANNED FOR NO REASON. I only played FC24 for 3 days before I was banned completely. I’m am £710 in and now banned. Shocked and disgusted

Can you provide me with help without providing a generic copy and pasted reply, it’s seems to be company policy to copy and paste answers. I’ve raised 2 cases and both were denied with the same reply. Now I know for sure if anybody actually looked into the case I would be unbanned immediately as I had only play 3 matches and didn’t cheat or buy any coins or even message anyone. Please can you help me, I have lost all hope

Same thing happened to me today. Logged in and saw a ban. They didn't even say why. Spent over $1k on this game.

@Tanxim07 I just got banned to after 3 days from buying the game i was playing only squad battle and im waiting support to answer me how i got banned on a new account just created from 3 days

I have also been banned, possibly due to encountering scripts, which seems to be a common problem. I want to know if you are aware of this matter and how this kind of thing is ultimately resolved.
