I have been banned in FC 24 for no reason

I got an email tonight that I have been banned from fc 24 due to cheating in the game found by anti-cheat but I didn't cheat and now I have no money to buy the game again and my little brother who we played together for 300 hours is crying And I have no answer for it and no way to fix it, but I can swear that this is not right

@captainA82 I have the same issue. I Got banned 15 hours ago for no reason at all. I didnt cheat and do glitches. Please help someone.

@EA_Barry I did this, I'm just afraid that they won't help me, I didn't really cheat and I'm worried, I live in Iran and buying games costs more than 10 dollars, it's hard for us, and I hardly bought this game.

Yes, but I had written it wrong, I closed all the cases except one, and that is the same chat with the live support that it says is in progress, I will wait.

Do you intend to do something about these bans? I think you can see for yourself how many identical threads have appeared recently. We pay for a game, FIFA points, and then we get banned for no reason, and all you are able to write back is that there is nothing you can do and we have to wait a few days for a customer service response.
