Invalid code

The Beta code should only be active for your account, so this shouldn't normally happen. 

Is this the code you received via email, and did you try to redeem it on the platform it was meant for?

I got message on email 10 august i wasnt on my computer so i couldnt redeem it yesterday i got on my computer i tried to redeem it on steam and ea app steam said its already used and ea app its invalid

So EA Help Beta Code Tool says that my code is invalid, and the PS Store also says that is invalid. What can I do? Since the EA Help Twitter account is just a bot.

@Maukka08, if you got the Beta code for Steam and redeemed it there, you would need to download and access it over Steam.

@Adri7M, the Beta is accessible in US and UK regions. Please note that some platforms, like PlayStation, are region locked. So if you are outside the UK or US, you won't be able to access the Beta.

I cant redeem it because when i try i get these errors

@Maukka08, the error on the EA app would be because this is a Steam Beta code, so you can't redeem it on the EA app.

Can you see the Beta on your Steam account to download?

And which region are you based in?

I dont have the beta on my steam and im from finland

In that case, you might not be able to access, @Maukka08, due to region lock.
