Loot Box Content

Hi, 

I am an active EA sports FC PlayStation 5 player and I believe I am at an elite level at the game. I open a lot of loot boxes but seem to not get the same luck as others when new content is released by EA. I think I either have a bug on my account or EA has purposely done this to me. Please can someone look into this for me and provide me with detailed evidence of your investigation and I am aware of the probabilities but that isn’t sufficient explanation, I would like a proper investigation into my account.
