I am only trying to help but at it feels like we are going around in circles and you are unwilling to troubleshoot this on your end.
We can only help you help yourself when issues like this pop-up.

don't bother argue with them, it always our hardware, our connection is the issue and problem that need to check or upgrade.. regarding the control issue, i also have the issue around 2 day ago.. i need to concede 2 game due to controller malfunction when playing but outside the game, the controller have no problems at all..
- @Anonymous I don’t think that’s fair there are plenty of times ea has said the server or game has had a problem. It’s not always eas fault though especially when only a few have an issue.
